Log burning stove in the sitting area and Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Private walled garden with lawn sitting area. Private residents parking area directly outside of the cottage gate. Foolow village is just 5 minutes walk away and has a famous duck pond on the green. Take the right turning to Foolow off the A623 from Stoney Middleton. Take the next left turn in approx. 400 yards then turn immediately right over the cattle grid and down the long tarmac drive.Follow the signs for the Shippon Cottage parking.
